Find clear answers on registration, recognition and scheme applications.
All frequently asked questions →Who can create an account?
Startup founders and authorized incubator applicants can use the common signup form. Incubator applicants complete a private profile; official institutional access follows external recognition and authorized mapping.
Is account registration the same as recognition?
No. Account creation, startup recognition and grant approval are separate processes. Recognition evidence is reviewed in the applicable scrutiny.
Do I need an incubator?
Sustenance and prototype assistance require recognized incubation. Other schemes follow their own eligibility and nodal review rules.
Can I correct my application?
Edit a draft before submission. If an officer raises a query, update the relevant proposal or documents and resubmit a response.
Who approves applications?
The route depends on the scheme. It can include incubator verification, nodal scrutiny, SRCE recommendation and PIU decision.
Where do I raise a concern?
Sign in and use Help & grievances to register an issue and follow the nodal response.
Need a hand with your application?
Read the guides or contact the Helpdesk for portal questions.
