Implementation and incentive decisions
The PIU is chaired by the ACS/Principal Secretary, IT & Electronics. Policy section 8 assigns implementation oversight, stakeholder incentive decisions and grievance guidance to it. Expert-review recommendations reach the PIU through the nodal agency.
