Accounts in this replacement portal are separate from the existing official service. Creating an Incubator Applicant account does not grant institution recognition or startup-verification rights.
First: account registration
Enter user type, name, email, mobile, password and confirmation. Acknowledge the privacy notice, then sign in.
Representative & team
Authorized representative details, contacts, PAN/Aadhaar and resume; team contacts, CVs, identity documents and appointment letters.
Infrastructure & mentors
Facility type, area, seats, floor plan, facility maps/photos, mentor profiles/certificates and incubation periods.
Documents, declaration & submit
Save the draft, upload required documents and acknowledge the declaration before submission. Incomplete profiles cannot be submitted.
Who checks it?
- Incubator Applicant completes and submits its own profile and documents.
- Nodal records profile scrutiny, a correction query, verification or rejection with a reason.
- The applicant corrects and resubmits queried profiles.
- An authorized operator activates incubator access after checking an external recognition order and mapping to a published recognized institution.
