Eligibility conditions
- At least ₹2 crore eligible investment; up to 50% matching capped at ₹5 crore (§2.5.2–2.5.3).
- UP registration qualifies for consideration; outside-UP entities need the described UP branch/production-unit and more-than-50% operating-activity conditions (§2.5.4–2.5.6).
- UPSF/government fund-of-funds AIF funding and already-supported investments are excluded as described (§2.5.7).
- Provide investment agreement, receipt/bank evidence and CA certification; proportional installment verification applies (§2.5.9–2.5.15).
